Melody is a certified Sound Bath Practitioner and the founder of Essential Melodies, a mobile sound healing business dedicated to helping others find balance and inner peace through sound. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, she creates immersive experiences that promote deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and emotional release.

Angela is a 200-hour certified Yoga Instructor, Yoga Nidra Facilitator and an Ayurvedic Practitioner who guides restorative practices rooted in deep rest and nervous system healing.
