Nature delivers infrared in sunlight. The sun emits a wide range of light, most of which is invisible. “Infrared” is the invisible light spectrum that our bodies (and plants) respond favorably to for warmth, energy production, and repair. Within the infrared spectrum there are three classes of infrared (far, mid, and near) which each do something beautifully unique to our bodies.
Far infrared is great for detoxification, heart health, weight-loss, immune function, relaxation, and muscle recovery. Mid infrared reduces pain and inflammation in soft tissue such as muscle, tendons, bones, and joints. Near infrared supports healthy aging as it increases collagen, recharges mitochondria, and regenerates cells. Our Sunlighten mPulse 3 in 1 is a full-spectrum infrared sauna which includes all three invisible infrared light spectrums. You can enjoy the array of health benefits of infrared year-round without the additional exposure to UVA and UVB rays.
Our sauna is equipped with chromotherapy lighting to enhance your experience using colors frim the sun’s visible light spectrum to bring balance and mental well-being.
