FAQ's

Colon Hydrotherapy is a safe, effective method of removing waste from the large intestine. By introducing a small amount of temperature-regulated water into the colon, the waste is softened and loosened, resulting in evacualtion through natural peristalsis. This process is repeated a few times during a session.

Absolutely. At Lotus Evolutions, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. We use FDA-registered, state-of-the-art equipment featuring a 3-stage water filtration system, backflow prevention valves, internal sanitation protocols, and built-in temperature and pressure sensors for optimal control.

Every session is conducted using sterile, single-use disposable rectal speculums — ensuring the highest standard of hygiene for each client.

The International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT) advocates the highest standards of education and professional conduct to assure properly administered colon hydrotherapy sessions. Today, colon hydrotherapists are thoroughly trained professionals, who must pass rigorous testing and adhere to strict guidelines established by I-ACT. These professionals are well schooled in the administering of colon hydrotherapy.

Colon hydrotherapy is most effective when paired with a supportive lifestyle. For best results, we recommend:

• Adequate hydration and nutrient-dense meals

• Gentle movement or regular exercise

• Mindful stress reduction practices — such as time in nature, sun exposure, breath work, prayer, and meditation

These intentional practices not only support your overall health, but also help create a balanced, thriving microbiome — enhancing the benefits of your session both on and off the table.
