EmSculpt NEO

Non-Invasive Muscle Strengthening & Recovery

EmSculpt NEO is an advanced, non-invasive therapy that builds muscle, reduces fat, improves strength, and supports functional recovery using high-intensity electromagnetic energy combined with radiofrequency heat.

At Lotus Evolutions Wellness, EmSculpt is used as a therapeutic strength and recovery tool — not just a cosmetic treatment — to support longevity, mobility, and whole-body resilience.

What EmSculpt NEO Does

  • Builds and strengthens muscle beyond voluntary contraction
  • Improves core stability and postural support
  • Enhances circulation and metabolic activity
  • Supports fat reduction as a secondary benefit
  • Stimulates lymphatic drainage during the recovery phase
  • Helps restore strength after injury, inactivity, or aging

Who EmSculpt Is For

  • Adults experiencing age-related muscle loss
  • Those rebuilding strength after injury or inactivity
  • Clients seeking core support without joint strain
  • Individuals who want functional improvement, not surgery
  • People who want visible results without downtime

    What EmSculpt Is NOT

  • Not weight loss
  • Not a replacement for movement or nutrition
  • Not a “one-and-done” miracle treatment

It works best when integrated into a structured program.

EmSculpt FAQ

Preparation Guidelines:

  • Hydration is essential.

Aim for approximately ½ your body weight (in pounds) in ounces of water daily for:

    2 days before treatment

    the day of treatment

    2 days after treatment

  • Avoid caffeine and alcohol for the same time frame.

Both substances dehydrate tissue and can interfere with optimal muscle response and recovery.

  • Eat a balanced meal beforehand.

EmSculpt is metabolically demanding. Having protein and minerals on board supports muscle engagement and prevents lightheadedness.

  • Wear comfortable clothing.

You may be asked to change depending on the treatment area, but loose, non-restrictive clothing is ideal.

  • Arrive well-rested.

Fatigue and poor sleep can reduce neuromuscular responsiveness..

Emsculpt is completely adjustable by intensity -- it can be intense but doesn't have to be. Emsculpt is tolerable with no needles or downtime.

Typically, after the 2nd or 3rd session... continued improvement is seen weeks after

You may experience possible muscle soreness, similar to a workout, but no downtime that restricts everyday activities.

Contraindications include pregnancy, breastfeeding, implanted electronic devices, and metal implants within the treatment area.

Following your session, you'll want to avoid intense workouts, but light movement such as stretching or walking is advised.

EmSculpt treatments involve supramaximal muscle contraction, causing 100% of muscle fibers to activate and build density, induced by EmSculpt technology -- this type of contraction can't be achieved voluntarily.
